Toki Intern (Tokyo, Japan)
Toki is a Japanese luxury travel company. The company’s goal is to connect travelers with the most authentic experiences that Japan has to offer. At TOKI, I communicated with clients and organized travel itineraries. Toki developed its own in-house itinerary creation software which I learned how to use and then taught subsequent interns how to use. I was also responsible for writing Japanese culture articles for Toki’s online content library.
Lowe’s Sales Associate (Clemson, SC)
At Lowe’s I assisted both consumer and professional customers with purchases of major appliances. Appliances sales associates were expected to had deep knowledge of product features and brand differences. Additionally associates were expected to promote additional Lowe’s services and products like in-home installations and credit cards.
