Background
Spencer Boeh is a language and international business major at Clemson University of South Carolina. During his time at Clemson he spent a summer and semester abroad in Japan studying and doing an internship. He grew up in the rainy pacific northwest of Washington state, attended the Bear Creek School and was graduated in the summer of 2020.
Spencer has had lot of international experience having travelled to 20+ countries primarily in Europe. Most significant of these were his early years in Canada and his University trips to Japan. In Japan, he studied at Kansai University of Osaka, and Chukyo University of Nagoya.
Interests
Since being inspired by series such as Star Wars and Halo, Spencer has been drawing characters and artwork with a science-fiction theme. Over the last 16 years his skills have come a long way, and hopes that they can keep improving. His first artwork was done in the margins of notebooks but he has since been learning how to work in a digital medium with programs such as Clip Studio Paint, and Adobe Suite.
Growing up in the pacific northwest, nature was always on his doorstep and he has spent lots of time hiking through the outdoors both with the Boy Scouts and family. Most recently he completed a section hike of the Pacific Crest trail from mid-Oregon to Washington and some of the Table Rock trails in South Carolina.
